I’ve never worn more sneakers in my life than I have this past year. With the need for more physical activity and the newfound acceptance of all-day comfort, lace up trainers have been in constant rotation. While I’m not a serious runner, I love to play tennis, go on short jogs and take long hikes. And squeezing in any kind of exercise throughout my week has had a profoundly positive impact on my mental health, especially these days when it feels like I’m juggling so much. This new normal has inspired me to branch out and thanks to HOKA ONE ONE, I’ve discovered some new favorites that have come into play in my everyday lifestyle.
